What is Wisdom? It’s a common misconception that spiritual wisdom is simply the ability to apply deep knowledge to consistently achieve results. In reality, that’s a definition of earthly wisdom. True spiritual wisdom comes from knowing the will of God, which is wisdom from above and revealed by the Holy Spirit.
As Paul instructs, “Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is” (Ephesians
The length of time you have walked with God is not as important as how much you have allowed the Spirit to renew your mind. As Romans 12:2 reminds us, the purpose of renewing your mind is to discern the good, acceptable, and perfect will of God. This is when you begin to walk in true wisdom.
